The classic massage, based on Swedish techniques. Our therapists combine their skills creating a customized treatment for your needs. Tandem massages are available for 45, 60 or 90 minute treatments.

A registered massage therapist uses a combination of relaxing and clinical techniques to restore optimal tissue health and joint mechanics. Excellent for repetitive strain injuries, chronic pain, tension headaches, digestive difficulties & much more. Time for therapist to assess condition and tissues included in the treatment. (At this time we are currently unable to offer RMT massage as we do not have an RMT on staff. We are in the process of hiring an RMT, and we apologise for the inconvenience.)

Aromatherapy Massage

Choose from our pre-blended essential oils for your massage. Your therapist will help you to select the combination you require. Relieves aches and pains, improves circulation and uplifts your spirits.

Hot Stone Massage

This massage treatment can be traced back to ancient times from across the globe, from China to Greece, to indigenous groups. It delivers a warm and nurturing alternative to deep tissue massage.

Reflexology

An Egyptian healing art based on the ancient science of reflexes in the feet corresponding to every body part, organs and glands. Application of pressure to these reflexes promotes relaxation, relieves pain & stress, and balances the function of body systems.

Indian Head Massage

A reclined massage specific to the upper back, neck, arms, shoulders, scalp and face. This rejuvenating treatment originates from India’s ancient system of healing.
