Spa Etiquette

Our spa guidelines are designed to ensure that all guests are able to fully enjoy their spa experience. An important aspect of relaxation is allowing the time to do it properly, please allow sufficient time to find parking and arrive with plenty of time so you don’t feel rushed in any way during your spa experience.

Cancellations – We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation. Your gift certificate or credit card number secures your booking. Short notice cancellations result in a 50% fee, no-shows are billed at full price.

Arrival – Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to change and begin the relaxation process. Appointments must start at the scheduled time to allow for full treatment. Late arrivals will be billed for full treatment.

Children – We ask that children not be brought into treatment areas of the spa unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Gift Certificates are available for specific services or in dollar denominations. Certificates are fully transferable, but not refundable. Gift certificates must be presented at time of treatments to be redeemed. Please keep your gift certificates in a safe place as we are not responsible for lost certificates.

Cell phones – In consideration of other guests, cell phones must be turned off in the spa.

Parking – Because most appointments last longer that the 90 minutes allowed by parking meters, we recommend that our clients use the city parkades or private lots to ensure worry-free parking. We are pleased to offer first hour free parking vouchers for the city parkades, located in 500 block Yates Street, 600 block Fisgard Street and 700 block Johnson Street.

Gratuities – Gratuities of  15% are traditionally given in recognition of service excellence. Unless otherwise specified, gratuities are not included in gift certificates. For groups of four or more people a 15% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill.
